The Owner’s Representative is a direct representative of the client, spearheading all aspects of the project and recognizing and solving conflicts that the owner may not even know exists. In many cases these conflicts can be predicted and planned for by an experienced Owner’s Representative saving valuable time and money.
Many times after a month or two on a new project the owners comment “I should have hired you months ago” or “I didn’t know that I could hire someone that provides the services you do”. These are common realizations after the owner has experienced first hand how valuable bringing 25+ years of development experience to the project team.
The Owner’s Representative is a critical team member to any successful development project. Poor decisions can easily be made by owners simply because they do not fully understand the issues at hand and have experience with the processes.
